The Role Manage a small tidy portfolio of properties Long established clientele with rent roll built organically Assistant in place for routine inspections and leasing Maintenance Management Arrears management Ingoing and Outgoing Condition Reports Liaising with Landlords & Tenants What we are l ooking for Minimum of 8 years experience managing all aspects of a residential property portfolio Current Class 2 Licence Someone that takes pride in providing great customer service  Must be tech savvy - able to learn cloud based software quickly Professional personal presentation Must be reliable and a great communicator The Perks!!! $100,000 package!
