• Experienced in strata property claims and ready for your next career move? • Newly created permanent role supporting continued business growth • Hybrid working model/ Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne or Adelaide CBD locations About the Role: As our business continues to grow and evolve, we’re seeking an experienced Senior Claims Officer with strong strata property claims expertise to play a pivotal role within our Claims team. In this hands-on position, you’ll manage your own portfolio of complex claims while also helping shape and improve claims processes. You’ll act as a technical expert, providing guidance, advice, and support to Claims Officers and contributing to a best-in-class claims experience. What You’ll Do: Manage a portfolio of Vero Specialty Lines claims from start to end Providing expert advice on complex claims as a subject matter expert Designing and documenting claims processes to drive efficiency and quality outcomes Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders Mentoring, training, and supporting the development of Claims Officers Supporting onboarding of new team members. What You’ll Bring: Minimum 5 years’ experience managing property claims (with exposure to strata) Experience mentoring or training others (highly regarded) Strong stakeholder management and relationship‑building skills Excellent analytical and problem‑solving capability Clear, confident communication and negotiation skills.
