Job PurposeMonitor the boarding gates, check-in counters and baggage reclaim Visual Docking Guidance System (VDGS) and Gate Operating System (GOS) at DIAL through Closed Circuit Television, make manual / automated announcements and coordinate with concerned teams to take corrective action for removing congestion in the terminal as per the requirement of Airlines/ Operations.
