Factory Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Factory Manager to join our growing team at NHB Agro Industries Pvt. Ltd. , a trusted name in the nuts and dry fruits industry since 1997. Our operations are expanding, and we’re looking for someone who can bring structure, efficiency, and modern systems to our factory setup. Responsibilities: Implement and manage ERP systems to streamline operations Oversee inventory control, production planning, and dispatch Manage and train factory staff for efficiency and accountability Handle statutory and government reports/compliances Ensure smooth day-to-day factory operations and maintenance Requirements: Proven experience in factory or production management (food industry preferred) Strong understanding of ERP and process implementation Leadership and communication skills Based in or open to relocation to Goa If you’re someone who loves bringing order to chaos and building efficient systems from the ground up — we’d love to meet you.
