Job Title: Team Lead – Pre SalesIndustry: Real EstateLocation: PuneExperience: 2–3 years as a Team Lead (Pre Sales)Qualification: Graduate / MBA (Marketing preferred)Job SummaryThe Team Lead – Pre Sales will be responsible for managing and guiding the pre-sales team to generate and qualify leads, ensure timely follow-ups, and convert inquiries into site visits. The role requires strong people management skills, CRM handling, and coordination with the sales team to achieve project-wise targets.Key Responsibilities-Team ManagementLead, mentor, and monitor the performance of the pre-sales executive team.Allocate leads, set daily targets, and ensure adherence to calling standards.Conduct regular team reviews, training sessions, and performance feedback.Lead Management & CoordinationManage inbound and outbound leads generated through digital, walk-ins, channel partners, and marketing campaigns.Ensure timely lead qualification, follow-ups, and appointment scheduling.Coordinate with the sales/site team for site visit scheduling and closures.CRM & ReportingEnsure accurate and up-to-date data entry in CRM systems.Track lead status, follow-up efficiency, site visit ratios, and conversion metrics.Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management.Process & Quality ControlMaintain call quality standards and customer experience benchmarks.Monitor scripts, response time, and lead handling effectiveness.Implement process improvements to increase conversion rates and reduce lead leakage..Work closely with marketing, sales, and channel partner teams to align on campaigns and lead flow.Provide feedback to the marketing team on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.Required Skills & CompetenciesStrong team handling and leadership skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, or similar).Target-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
