Why Join Us?Work with a reputed educational brand with 35+ years of legacy High-growth environment with full support from leadership Opportunity to plan and lead large outreach and admission campaigns Competitive salary + performance-based incentives Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute offline marketing strategies to increase enrollments and brand visibility Plan and manage school/college visits, seminars, workshops, and parent–student awareness drives Lead promotional activities including banners, posters, standees, hoardings, and local outreach Organize events such as scholarship exams, demos, counselling sessions, and community outreach programs Collaborate with branch teams to ensure smooth execution across locations Manage vendor relationships (printers, outdoor media, event vendors) and negotiate cost-efficient deals Track leads generated through offline channels and coordinate with the admissions team Maintain weekly/monthly reports, campaign performance data, and market insights Conduct local market research to understand student needs and competitor movements Who We’re Looking ForGraduate in Marketing, Business Management, or equivalent 2–5 years of experience inoffline/field marketing(education sector preferred) Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Excellent event management and coordination abilities Ability to travel across branches and handle field operations independently Creative, proactive, and capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously Preferred AttributesStrong network-building skills with schools and community partners Hands-on experience with outreach activities and admission campaigns Ability to lead a team and collaborate across departments
