The Career Counselor will assist students in identifying their career goals and provide guidance on academic and career development options provided by INSD. Responsibilities include conducting one-on-one counseling sessions, collaborating with educators and industry representatives, and supporting students in picking the right course at INSD. The role also involves addressing queries and providing resources for skill enhancement and career management.QualificationsProficiency in Career Counseling & Sales, to guide and support students in aligning their goals with academic courses at INSD and professional opportunities they might be presented with. Expertise in Student Counseling and understanding students' needs to deliver personalized guidance Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with students, educators, and industry representatives Ability to create and execute effective workshops and programs related to career guidance A degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is preferred Experience in education or career development services is an advantage Empathy, patience, and a supportive attitude towards students Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
