Manufacturing Engineer : On the New & Current product assembly line - Process readiness for assembly line: Conduct Virtual assessments, Throughput simulation & develop Process documents like SOP, DFM, PFMEA’s Control plans etc.Responsibilities:Hands-on on developing Process documents, SOP, FMEA's control plan etc.Hands on leading ME process auditsShould be able to conduct Virtual assessments and DFM studies with product engineering. work for closure of identified issuesParticipate, Identify and report assembly issues during proto buildsParticipate and provide Mfg. inputs during DFMEA'sTrack and report Assy. issues during new product launch buildsDevelop Material presentation strategyParticipate in launch readiness review and other functional review meetings & share feedbackHands on issues resolution process & Work as an active member of issues resolution teamDevelop Manufacturing requirements for assembly processes as design inputs to product engineeringEnd of line tools and facility - Working on New & Current product Assembly shop- Develop & Implement End of Line test tools & processes, Develop / Define Assembly Electrical processes to drive first time qualityHands-on in de-bugging electrical issues using diagnostic toolsWork with Product Engg. and Mfg. teams developing electrical process controlsShould be able to coach and train operations teams on end of line test processes & DiagnosticsPerform Process auditsDevelop and maintain Process control plansDevelop Manufacturing requirements for end of line processes as design inputs to productHands-on issues resolution processes & Work as an active member of issues resolution team
