Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and proactiveLead Manager (CRM Manager)to effectively manage our lead flow, streamline communication, and support the admissions process at our Chinchwad branch. This role plays a key part in ensuring prospective students and parents receive a seamless and positive experience with our institute. Key ResponsibilitiesManage, track, and prioritize all incoming leads from online campaigns, walk-ins, referrals, and partner channels. Maintain and update student and lead databases with accuracy using the CRM system. Coordinate closely with counsellors and branch teams to ensure timely follow-ups and high conversion rates. Prepare weekly and monthly reports on lead status, conversions, and performance metrics. Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance communication and lead management efficiency. Build strong rapport with prospective students and parents, addressing queries professionally. Collaborate with the marketing team to support admissions campaigns and promotional activities. Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 3–5 years of experience in CRM management, lead handling, or customer relations (education sector preferred). Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Excel, and MS Office applications. Excellent organizational and analytical abilities.
