Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Assistant Finance Manager to support our finance department in managing financial operations and reporting. Qualification: Qualified CA with 2-3 years of post-qualification experience Role: Assistant Manager - Finance Reporting under: Senior Finance Manager Location: Perundurai Job description:  Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and forecasts.  Support the budgeting process, including monitoring and analyzing budget variances.  Conduct financial analysis to identify trends and provide insights for decision-making.  Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.  Collaborate with various departments to gather financial data and provide support.  Setup processes and controls  Help maintain and improve financial systems and processes.  Prepare reports for management and external stakeholders as needed.  Assist in audits and regulatory compliance efforts. Technical expertise expected: Well versed with MS Excel, ERPs Good presentation and communication skills Good accounting knowledge Eye to detect irregularities Textile industry experience preferred
