What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)First 30 Days: Foundation & OrientationDeep dive into goML’s delivery models, methodologies, and customer portfolio Understand ongoing projects, governance structures, and client expectations Establish relationships with internal stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and leadership Review current delivery processes, tools, reporting standards, and best practices Identify early opportunities to improve predictability and execution workflows First 60 Days: Execution & ImpactTake ownership of multiple projects and ensure smooth execution and on-time delivery Drive core delivery governance including: scope management resource planning timelines and milestone tracking risk identification and mitigation Engage with customers regularly to: align on delivery goals manage escalations ensure satisfaction and transparency Mentor project managers, coordinators, and technical leads to maintain delivery health Ensure strong stakeholder alignment by balancing internal priorities and client outcomes First 180 Days: Ownership & TransformationLead large-scale complex deliveries end-to-end with focus on: quality profitability customer value long-term engagement success Build and scale a high-performing delivery team with accountability and collaboration Contribute to growth by supporting: pre-sales solutioning effort estimation proposal development Identify delivery gaps and implement scalable best practices across programs Strengthen goML’s reputation as a trusted partner by delivering consistent outcomes and nurturing long-term relationships What You Bring (Qualifications & Skills)Must-Haves7+ years of experience in project and delivery management, ideally in AI / Data / Software services Proven success managing multiple complex projects and cross-functional teams Strong delivery leadership in: planning risk management resource optimization stakeholder communication Excellent customer engagement skills: trusted relationship building escalation handling expectation management Expertise in Agile and Waterfall methodologies Hands-on experience with delivery tools such as: JIRA, Trello, MS Project (or similar) Strong leadership, negotiation, and organizational capabilities ⭐ Nice-to-HavesExperience delivering government or public sector engagements Certifications such as: PMP ITIL CSM / SAFe / Agile certifications Exposure to cloud platforms: AWS / Azure / GCP Experience supporting: pre-sales strategy proposals delivery process frameworks Why Work With Us?Remote-Friendly Environment – Work flexibly from anywhere Opportunities to Lead at Scale – Own high-stakes deliveries across industries Continuous Learning & Certifications – Dedicated upskilling budgets and development support Competitive Compensation & Benefits – Attractive salary, insurance, performance bonuses Collaborative Growth Culture – Work with top talent, join hackathons, leadership forums, and innovation events
