In this position, you will oversee the seamless delivery of bootcamp sessions, ensuring a positive experience for all participants. Key responsibilities include customer service, coordinating with teams, assisting with recruitment efforts, and facilitating participant integration into programs. You will work collaboratively to maintain effective operations and contribute to the success of the bootcamp initiatives.QualificationsProficient in Customer Service with strong communication and problem-solving skillsExperience in Recruiting and onboarding participants or team membersDemonstrated ability in Teamwork and collaborating effectively with diverse teamsCompetence in facilitating Integration processes and supporting participants or new hiresExcellent organizational and time-management skillsFlexibility to work in a remote environment and adapt to dynamic work scenariosPrior experience in education, bootcamp management, or legal training is a plusKey Responsibilities:- Email campaigns & learner communication- Video script writing- Ad copy for Meta / Google / LinkedIn- Landing page content- Bootcamp coordination & learner engagementIdeal Candidate:✔ Strong copywriting skills✔ Email marketing / CRM exposure✔ Basic marketing metrics understanding✔ Experience managing cohorts is a plus
