Role Description We are seeking a Senior Sales and Marketing Executive for a full-time, on-site position located in Bengaluru. The role involves developing and executing strategic sales and marketing plans, conducting market research, understanding customer needs, and building strong relationships with clients. The successful candidate will collaborate with a dynamic team to generate leads, close deals, and grow business partnerships, ensuring prompt and professional service delivery in alignment with the company's standards. Qualifications Expertise in Market Planning and Market Research to identify trends and opportunities.Exceptional Communication skills to build strong client relationships and effectively convey ideas.Proven Sales and Marketing experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities to execute strategies efficiently.Familiarity with the real estate industry is an advantage but not mandatory.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.Proactive, result-oriented, and able to thrive in fast-paced environments.
