The individual will engage in lead generation, nurture relationships with potential and existing clients, and support customer satisfaction initiatives. Daily tasks include building and maintaining customer relationships, identifying sales opportunities, coordinating sales efforts with the team, and efficiently managing client accounts to meet sales goals and organizational targets.Qualifications- Proven expertise in Inside Sales, including the ability to understand customer requirements and drive sales opportunities - Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to ensure positive client relationships - Experience in Lead Generation and the ability to identify and qualify potential sales opportunities - Proficiency in Account Management to effectively manage and grow client accounts - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently in a remote capacity while collaborating with a team - Experience with CRM tools and sales software would be beneficial - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
