The role ensures smooth execution of class sessions, supports faculty with technical and operational requirements, and coordinates daily academic and non-academic communication between stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Class/Test Management & Technical Support:Arrive 30 minutes prior to class for daily testing and setupEnsure adherence to classroom rules and regulationsTake student attendance and distribute study materials on timeSupport online and offline test invigilationMaintain classroom discipline and floor decorumAssist faculty during sessionsPerform routine checks of classroom equipmentEnsure timely updates of required software, folders, and digital assetsHandle basic video editing and software operations when requiredEnsure proper microphone handling and maintain audio/video qualityCommunication & Coordination:Coordinate with relevant stakeholders for issue resolutionRaise and resolve daily operational concernsTrain and guide new team members on SOP adherenceEligibility & Requirements:Graduate or equivalent qualificationStrong organizational and communication skillsBasic technical proficiency in classroom equipment and softwareFamiliarity with computer systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Understanding of both English and HindiCandidates with computer networking and hardware knowledge will be preferredFreshers and experienced candidates are welcome to applyPrior experience in the education sector is preferredInterested candidates can share their resume at with the subject line “Application for Floor Supervisor – Patna”.
