As a Marketing Ops & Research Associate (Internship), you’ll support day-to-day operations by gathering data, updating content, and organizing marketing systems and assets. You’ll be involved in backend execution that powers our content, campaigns, and growth efforts. This is a fully remote role designed for fast learners who enjoy researching, organizing, and optimizing.Day-to-Day ResponsibilitiesConduct structured online research to collect data from various sources based on detailed briefs.Input, clean, and format data in Google Sheets (you’ll receive templates and examples).Categorize, tag, and organize data to make it useful and ready-to-use.Validate and cross-check existing datasets for accuracy and consistency.Maintain naming conventions and organizational logic across Notion/Sheets.Stay responsive on team chats (WhatsApp/Discord) and join short check-ins on Google Meet.Suggest improvements in the way we structure and store data as you learn.RequirementsExcellent attention to detail — accuracy matters in everything you’ll do.Fast learner who can follow step-by-step video or written instructions.Strong working knowledge of Google Sheets (filters, sorting, basic formulas - feel free to use ChatGPT).Internet research skills — you know how to dig up the right info quickly.Comfortable working remotely and staying self-managed.Familiarity with Notion is a plus (training will be provided).No specific degree required — we value your execution and focus more than your background.Internship DetailsDuration: 3 to 5 monthsTime Commitment: 7 hours/day (expecting 5 hours of focused productive work)Stipend: ₹3,000 – ₹5,000/month (based on performance and learning speed)Bonuses: Monthly bonuses for achieving targets.Future Opportunity: May lead to a long-term role for strong candidatesIf you’re someone who enjoys deep work, loves structure, and wants to contribute behind the scenes to marketing operations — we’d love to work with you.
