Role: Distribution Manager – Beverage IndustryKey ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end distribution operations across assigned territory to ensure timely product availability in market.Oversee distributors, stockists, and logistics partners to maintain efficient supply flow.Plan and execute secondary sales strategies to achieve volume and market share targets.Monitor inventory levels at warehouses and distributor points to prevent stock-outs or overstocking.Ensure proper route planning and delivery efficiency for last-mile distribution.Track distributor performance, ROI, and adherence to company policies.Drive expansion by appointing new distributors in uncovered or underperforming markets.Analyze sales data, demand trends, and territory performance to optimize supply planning.Coordinate with sales, supply chain, and warehouse teams for smooth dispatch and replenishment.Ensure compliance with company standards for storage, handling, and transportation of beverages.Resolve market issues such as delayed deliveries, damages, or distributor disputes.Submit periodic reports on distribution metrics, fill rates, coverage, and efficiency.Core Skills RequiredStrong distribution & channel management expertiseAnalytical and planning skillsVendor and stakeholder managementTerritory managementProblem-solving and decision-making abilityPreferred BackgroundExperience in beverage/FMCG distribution operationsPrior handling of distributors or C&F agentsKnowledge of logistics and supply chain processesCTC : Max 32 LPA (F+V)
