The ideal candidate will work closely with marketing, product, and development teams to create user-centric designs for web and mobile platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign user-friendly interfaces for websites, dashboards, and mobile applications.Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to improve user experience.Conduct user research and usability testing to optimize product design.Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design.Design landing pages, product interfaces, and marketing visuals.Maintain design consistency and UI style guides across all platforms.Improve conversion rates through UX optimization and data-driven design.Required Skills & Qualifications1–3 years experience in UI/UX design or product design.Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools.Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.Knowledge of responsive design and mobile-first design.Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and frontend workflows is a plus.Strong portfolio showcasing web or app design projects.Preferred SkillsExperience working with SaaS platforms or startups.Knowledge of conversion-focused design and growth design.Understanding of design systems and micro-interactions.What We OfferOpportunity to build products in the legal-tech industry.Work in a fast-growing startup environment.Creative freedom and ownership of design projects.Competitive salary and growth opportunities.
