Frontend Developer

Total AI Systems, Inc. is building AI-powered SaaS products for enterprise debt recovery. Our platform serves real operational users daily — performance, clarity, and usability matter. We are not hiring someone who copies templates or tweaks themes. We are hiring someone who understands structure, responsiveness, browser behavior and clean UI implementation. What You’ll Be Responsible For Building responsive, production-grade UI using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and jQuery Converting Figma designs into pixel-perfect, cross-browser compatible interfaces Ensuring layouts are responsive across desktop, tablet and mobile Maintaining clean, structured CSS architecture Improving page performance and load times Handling DOM manipulation and dynamic UI logic using JavaScript/jQuery Collaborating closely with backend developers to integrate APIs correctly Identifying and fixing UI bugs across browsers and screen sizes Writing maintainable, well-structured frontend code Owning UI quality, not just delivering screens Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university (or equivalent experience) 3+ years of frontend development experience Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and jQuery Ability to convert Figma designs into pixel-perfect UI Strong understanding of responsive design principles Experience ensuring cross-browser compatibility Solid debugging skills using browser dev tools Experience working in SaaS or product-based environments Ability and willingness to work US business hours when needed to troubleshoot Fluent spoken and written English Strong ownership mindset Strongly Preferred Experience optimizing frontend performance Experience working with REST APIs Experience in startup or fast-moving product environments Experience with React.js Understanding of accessibility best practices What We Mean by “Frontend Ownership” We are looking for someone who: Notices 2px misalignment without being told Tests layouts across real screen sizes Doesn’t hardcode styles “just to make it work” Cares about performance and load speed Treats UI quality as engineering responsibility
