Senior Power Platform Developer

Location: Remote Experience: 5+ Years Shift timings: 1pm -10 pm IST (UK Shift) Job Description: The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining business applications and automations that enhance operational efficiency and support business goals. Responsibilities: Application Development: o Design and develop custom applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven). o Create and customize forms, views, dashboards, and reports in Power Apps. o Implement and manage Dataverse (formerly Common Data Service) to store and manage data. Workflow Automation: o Design, develop, and manage automated workflows using Power Automate. o Integrate numerous services and data sources to streamline business processes. o Troubleshoot and optimize existing workflows for performance and reliability. Collaboration and Support: o Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. o Provide training and support to end-users on Power Platform applications. o Collaborate with Digital and other departments to ensure seamless integration of Power Platform solutions with existing systems. Maintenance and Improvement: o Regularly review and optimise existing applications and workflows. o Stay up to date with the latest features and updates in the Power Platform ecosystem. o Implement best practices for security, performance, and scalability in all solutions. Required skillset: Development Skills: o Experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript. o Familiarity with Microsoft 365 services (SharePoint, Teams, etc.) and their integration with Power Platform. o Basic understanding of Azure services and their integration with Power Platform. Problem Solving: o Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. o Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently. Communication: o Excellent written and verbal communication skills. o Ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders effectively. Good to have: o Microsoft Power Platform certifications. o Experience with Agile development methodologies. o Familiarity with other low-code/no-code platforms. o Basic knowledge of AI Builder and Power Virtual Agents. o Working knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse.
