he Occupational Therapist at Growing Wings will support children and adolescents with special needs to develop functional skills, sensory regulation, motor coordination, and independence in daily activities through individualized, evidence-based therapy programs.ResponsibilitiesConduct occupational therapy assessments and evaluationsPlan and implement individualized therapy programs (IEPs)Work on fine motor, gross motor, sensory integration, and daily living skillsSupport self-care skills such as feeding, dressing, and hygieneAddress sensory processing and regulation needsMaintain therapy records, progress notes, and reportsCollaborate with special educators, speech therapists, psychologists, and parentsGuide parents and caregivers for home-based activitiesParticipate in team meetings and case discussionsQualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational TherapyValid registration with appropriate council (where applicable)Freshers or experienced candidates may applyStrong communication and interpersonal skillsCompassionate, child-centred approach
