Candidates with experience in starch manufacturing will be preferred. Key Responsibilities: Oversee mechanical systems, utilities, and plant machinery. Lead preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance. Troubleshoot equipment issues to ensure uninterrupted operations. Implement efficiency and reliability improvement projects. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and maintenance standards. Coordinate with production and other plant teams for smooth functioning. Qualifications & Experience: B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering. 6–9 years of relevant experience in manufacturing; experience in starch manufacturing is an added advantage.
