ALTEN in India has grown to support in areas catering specific to customer’s needs.Required Skill SetAerospace KnowledgeWorking knowledge of gas turbine engine components and systems and particularly Trent enginesFailure Analysis TechniquesProficient in root cause analysis (RCA), fault tree analysis (FTA), Fishbone diagrams, 5 Why’s and other problem-solving tools.Investigative TechniquesInterpret inspection findings (including NDT and teardown reports) to understand failure mechanisms (e.g., fatigue, corrosion, wear, thermal stress).
