Your key responsibilities include creating lesson plans, delivering engaging and developmentally-appropriate experiences, encouraging creativity and curiosity, and supporting holistic child development. You will collaborate with parents to build effective communication and ensure the progress of each child. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Patna.QualificationsExperience in Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development tailored for young learnersKnowledge of Early Childhood Education principles and techniquesStrong communication skills to engage effectively with children, parents, and colleaguesFamiliarity with Kindergarten education standards and practicesPatience, creativity, and the ability to create a supportive learning environmentRelevant qualifications or certifications in early childhood educationPrevious experience in preschool teaching or related fields is a plusFluency in English and additional proficiency in local languages is advantageous
