Yardi Technical Consultant - Remote Work

We are seeking an experienced Yardi Technical Consultant with hands-on technical expertise. The ideal candidate will have strong programming skills in SQL, experience with Yardi and system integrations, and a proven track record of delivering custom technical solutions within the UAE real estate and property management sector.Key Responsibilities:Development & ReportingDevelop custom reports using Yardi Spreadsheet Reporting (YSR)Create and maintain stored procedures, views, functions, and custom database objectsBuild custom workflows and business logic using Yardi scripting and ySQLIntegration & APIsDesign and implement integrations using Yardi, APIs, and Web ServicesDevelop ETL processes using Taskrunner, CSV methods for data migration and synchronizationIntegrate Yardi with third-party systems: payment gateways, banking interfaces, CRM, and ERP systemsDatabase & SupportWrite complex SQL queries for data extraction, manipulation, and performance optimizationTroubleshoot technical issues, optimize system performance, and provide post-implementation supportCreate technical documentation, user guides, and conduct developer training sessionsRequired Technical SkillsYardi TechnologiesExpert knowledge of Yardi Voyager (7S, Elevate), and RENTCafeProficiency in YSR (Yardi Spreadsheet Reporting), Yardi Report SchedulerDeep understanding of Yardi database schema, data structures, and security modelProgramming & DatabaseAdvanced SQL Server: SQL, stored procedures, functions, triggers, performance tuning, and indexingYSR Reports developmentIntegration & ToolsETL tools (SSIS preferred), data migration methodologies, and validation techniquesBI tools: Power BI, Tableau; Advanced Excel and data analysisExperience RequiredTotal Experience: 5-7 years in technical consulting, SQL scriptingYardi Technical Experience: Minimum 4 years in Yardi technical development, customization, and integrationsRegional Experience: UAE/GCC market experience preferredQualificationsBachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, Engineering, or related fieldStrong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skillsExperience with Yardi Core Modules: GL, AP, AR, Property Management, Lease AdministrationExcellent communication skills to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
