We’re Hiring: Project Manager – Civil (PEB / Structural Projects) Location:Initially inBihar(Transferable anywhere in India based on project requirements) Employment Type:Full-timeWe are looking for an experiencedProject Manager (Civil)with strong execution capabilities inindustrial, warehouse, infrastructure, and structural projects . If you have a proven track record of delivering projects successfully while managing teams, clients, and vendors — we would like to hear from you.Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end execution of prefabricated building projects from planning to handover.Oversee civil construction activities including foundations, structural works, and finishing.Coordinate with design, procurement, and site teams to ensure timely project delivery.Possess strong knowledge of steel fabrication, erection, and modular construction systems.Review drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications for accuracy and feasibility.Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.Supervise vendors, contractors, and fabrication units for smooth execution.Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with statutory and site regulations.Monitor project progress, prepare MIS reports, and resolve on-site challenges proactively.Act as a key liaison between clients, consultants, and internal teams for seamless communication.Project Scope: •Managingmultiple projects(not restricted to a single project site).Experience & Qualification: •Experience:7+ Years •Education:B.Tech in Civil EngineeringKey Selection CriteriaProject Handling Experience Managed projects of30,000+ sqftsize. Experience handling projects valued at₹10 Cr+ .Project Volume Managed5+ small-scale projects .
