Role- Manager HSWJob Level/ Designation- M1Function / Department- TechnologyLocation- PatnaJob PurposeResponsible for implementation of Vi HSW framework in network function, Support all Network Team members to build health and safety culture across all domains of network function.Liasoning with Vendors/ Partners to impart and ensure compliance on HSW norms.Key Result Areas/AccountabilitiesEnsure 100% compliance in all aspects of HSW parameters.Conduct monthly Governance meetings with Vendors/ Partners to ensure compliance on HSW parameters.To conduct, arrange and impart trainings such as HSW Induction, Electrical Safety, 4W DDT, 2W DDT, FarmToCli etc.To review safety plans of High Risk Vendors.Data preperations regarding HSW and managing various portals such as CIAT, PTW, mSafe, Airsweb etc.Risk assessment, Incident reporting and closure as per defines process.Performance monitoring and MIS generation etc.Core Competencies, Knowledge, ExperienceGood communication and presentation skills.Technical skill set of handling safety tools used for electrical systems operation and handling typical telecom network.Managing others and teamAdministration and team building abilityAnalytical and problem-solving skill set.Experience- 5-7 years of experience in safety/ telecom operation.Technical / professional qualificationsB.E. / B.Tech. in Electronics and Communication/ Electrical/ Instrumentation.Graduation with technical qualification in health safety management.Sound knowledge of MS OfficeYears of Experience3-5 years
