Job Title: Pricing Manager (Air & Sea Freight)Job Overview:We are seeking an experienced Pricing Manager with strong expertise in air and sea freight. The ideal candidate will have well-established relationships with carriers /shipping lines, deep knowledge of trade lanes, and a proven ability to develop competitive pricing strategies.Key Responsibilities:Develop and manage pricing strategies for air and sea freight servicesMaintain and strengthen relationships with carriers, airlines, and shipping linesNegotiate rates, contracts, and service agreements with logistics partnersMonitor market trends, trade lane dynamics, and competitor pricingProvide accurate and timely quotations to internal teams and clientsCollaborate with sales and operations teams to support business growth Analyse cost structures and recommend pricing improvementsEnsure pricing compliance with company policies and market standardsRequirements:Minimum 7+ years of experience in pricing within freight forwarding or logisticsStrong existing relationships with carriers /shipping lines / IATA Agents In-depth knowledge of major trade lanes (air and sea)Prior experience handling both air freight and ocean freight pricingStrong negotiation and analytical skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsPreferred Qualifications:Experience in international logistics or freight forwarding companiesFamiliarity with pricing tools and logistics softwareBachelor’s degree or above.Key Skills:Carrier relationship managementTrade lane expertiseFreight pricing and cost analysisNegotiation and contract managementMarket intelligence and trend analysisIf you want, I can tailor this for a specific company, location, or seniority level (like senior pricing manager or assistant manager).
