This role is ideal for candidates who are confident in communication and want to build a career in client handling, sales, and business services.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle incoming leads via calls, WhatsApp, and other channelsExplain services like GST registration, MSME, company registration (Pvt Ltd, LLP, OPC)Convert leads into paying customers (client onboarding)Guide clients on process, pricing, and required documentsCoordinate with internal team for smooth processing after onboardingMaintain lead and client data properlyFollow up with interested clients to close dealsRequirementsGood communication skills in Hindi and English (mandatory)Any additional language is a plusComfortable in speaking with clients and handling queriesBasic understanding of GST / MSME / company registration is a plusPositive attitude and willingness to learnAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentPreferred (Not Mandatory)Prior experience in customer support / sales / client onboardingExperience with company registration, GST, MSME servicesTraining DetailsCandidates without prior experience in this domain will undergo 1–2 weeks trainingTraining stipend: ₹2,000 to ₹3,000 per week depending on experienceTraining will cover GST, MSME, company registration, and client handlingSalary & IncentivesFixed Salary: ₹12,000 to ₹15,000 per monthIncentives: Performance-based (per client acquisition)Total earning potential: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000+ per monthWhat We OfferFast-growing startup environmentHigh earning potential through incentivesPractical exposure to real client interactionsCareer growth in sales and business consulting
