As part of this expansion, they are investing in strong operational foundations to support an increasingly broad physical footprint.Department – Indirect ProcurementRole OverviewThe Associate, Procurement Operations plays a critical role in supporting Travel & Expense (T&E) administration, reporting, customer service, and approval workflows across the organization. The role also supports contract management, contract reporting, and spend analytics administration.This position is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who enjoys working with data, systems, and cross-functional teams and is eager to grow in a fast-paced, startup-style environment.Level of Ownership & SupportManage Travel & Expense customer service operations and approval workflows with guidanceSupport the handling of out-of-policy travel transactions and escalate issues when requiredOwn the contract upload, tagging, and reporting processesEnsure data accuracy, cleanliness, and proper categorization of spend dataProactively learn systems and continuously improve data quality and process efficiencyKey ResponsibilitiesTravel & Expense OperationsPrepare department-level T&E reports on a monthly basisGenerate procurement-level insights on monthly travel and expense trendsManage customer service inquiries through the Travel & Expense inboxReview, approve, or delegate out-of-policy expense requestsValidate, clean, and maintain data within the Travel Management PlatformContract ManagementUpload executed contracts from the P2P system into the Contract Management ToolTag and categorize contracts accurately within the systemValidate contract metadata to ensure accuracy and system alignmentMaintain and track contract renewal and auto-renewal schedules on a monthly basisSpend Analytics SupportAssist with monthly data cleansing from multiple ERPs into the Spend Analytics toolGenerate spend reports based on Procurement Category Manager requirementsKey Stakeholder PartnershipsProcurement Category Managers, Procurement Operations Senior Analyst, Finance, Legal, Accounts Payable.Qualifications Required:1–3+ years of relevant experience in procurement, operations, finance, or related rolesStrong organizational, analytical, and communication skillsComfort working with systems, tools, and spreadsheetsPreferred:Proficiency in Excel or Google SheetsExperience with Travel Management Platforms (e.g., Navan)Experience with Contract Management PlatformsWhy Join FinacPlus?Great Place to Work® Certified™ cultureExposure to global clients and high-growth businessesStrong learning environment with career advancement opportunitiesCollaborative, inclusive, and people-first workplaceOpportunity to work at the intersection of real estate, construction, and finance operationsLocation: India | Work Mode: RemoteTimings: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM ISTCompensation: Best in IndustryEmail your resume: Sravan Kumar Pamidimalla (CFO) (sravan@)
