Franchise Development Manager

About Us: Cafe Hideout is a fast-growing café brand known for specialty coffee, freshly crafted food, and vibrant community-driven spaces. We are expanding through franchise partnerships and looking for a Franchisee Development Manager to lead our growth. Role & Responsibilities: Drive franchise expansion across target markets. Generate and qualify leads for potential franchise partners. Evaluate applicants, negotiate agreements, and onboard franchisees. Coordinate with internal teams to support franchisees in setup, training, and marketing. Build strong relationships with partners and ensure brand standards. Spearhead franchisee requirements and act as a bridge with Head Office for smooth operations. Achieve franchise sales and expansion targets. Requirements: Graduate in Business/Marketing/Hospitality. 4–7 years’ experience in franchise sales / business development (F&B/retail preferred). Strong sales, negotiation, and networking skills.
