This role is critical in shaping our people strategy, fostering a positive culture, and supporting the growth of our mission-driven teams.Key Responsibilities:- Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for staff and volunteers in India. - Ensure policy implementation, legal compliance, and strong HR processes. - Drive employee engagement, team-building initiatives, and well-being programs. - Support performance management, capacity building, and talent development. - Partner with leadership to shape HR strategy aligned with organizational goals.What We’re Looking For:- 5+ years of relevant HR experience, ideally in NGOs, humanitarian, or social sector organizations. - Strong understanding of Indian labour laws and HR compliance. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Fluency in Punjabi, Hindi, and English is essential. - A strategic, empathetic, and people-focused leader.
