Job Description: Head – HR & AdministrationLocation: Patiala, PunjabPay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per monthWork Location: In personRole Overview:The Head – HR & Administration will lead the organization’s human resources and administrative functions, ensuring strong people practices, operational efficiency, and statutory compliance. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability to support organizational growth and humanitarian operations.Key Responsibilities:1. Human Resource ManagementLead end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planningDevelop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and performance management systemsDrive employee engagement, retention, and organizational culture initiativesDesign and oversee learning & development programsManage employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary processes2. Compliance & GovernanceEnsure compliance with all labor laws, statutory regulations, and internal policiesMaintain HR documentation, records, and audit readinessLiaise with legal and regulatory bodies as required3. Administration & OperationsOversee administrative functions including facilities, travel, logistics, and procurementManage vendor relationships, contracts, and service deliveryEnsure smooth functioning of offices and project locations4. Financial & Process CoordinationSupport budgeting related to HR and administrative functionsMonitor costs and identify areas for efficiency and optimizationCollaborate with finance for payroll inputs, vendor payments, and compliance5. Strategic SupportPartner with leadership for organizational planning and structureStrengthen internal systems, reporting, and process improvementsContribute to policy development aligned with organizational valuesKey Skills & Competencies:Strong leadership and team management skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder managementSound knowledge of labor laws and complianceProblem-solving and decision-making abilityHigh integrity and alignment with humanitarian valuesQualifications:Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldRelevant certifications (if any) will be an advantageExperience: 15yrs +To apply please send a copy of your CV to .
