With two manufacturing facilities and presence in over 80 countries with having our subsideries in USA, Singapore and office and warehouse in Europe & Dubai. The company has received prestigious recognitions including the Trishul Award and Gold Award from the Government of India.The Area Sales Executive will be responsible for managing and expanding the Fragrance business across Punjab, Baddi (Himachal Pradesh), and Jammu. The role includes business development, key account management, distributor coordination, and achieving territory sales targets.Key Responsibilities• Full ownership of fragrance sales in Punjab, Baddi, and Jammu.• Identify and develop new customers in cosmetics, personal care, home care, incense, and wellness sectors.• Daily reporting of visits to RSM/ZSM.• Travel 5–6 days per week within the assigned territory.• Generate leads via exhibitions, market visits, online research, and referrals.• Support distributors in developing local markets.• Plan and execute fragrance sales strategy for the territory.• Maintain regular customer interaction and follow-ups.• Coordinate with production and dispatch teams for smooth order execution.• Update customer database and maintain accurate sales records.• Build long-term business relationships.Desired Skills & Experience• 2–4 years of experience in fragrance / aroma chemicals / personal care raw material sales.• MBA / Science graduate preferred.• Fluent in Punjabi, Hindi, and English.• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.• Willing to travel frequently to Baddi and Jammu.• Ability to handle rejection and work in a target-driven environment.• Preference for candidates based in Punjab.
