Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Professor in the field of Hospitality and Hotel Management (HMCT) located in Punjab, India. The Assistant Professor will be responsible for preparing and delivering lectures, guiding students in academic and professional development, and conducting research. Additional responsibilities include preparing course materials, organizing practical sessions, contributing to curriculum design, and participating in faculty meetings and academic discussions. Maintaining academic and professional standards and mentoring students are also integral to this role. Qualifications- Comprehensive knowledge in the field of Hospitality and Hotel Management, along with the ability to teach core subjects effectively. - Strong skills in communication, presentation, and interpersonal relations to guide and mentor students. - Research and academic writing abilities with a focus on contributing to scholarly advancements in Hospitality and Hotel Management. - Proficiency in curriculum development, syllabus planning, and organizing practical and theoretical learning sessions. - Master’s degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field (Ph.D. preferred). - Prior teaching experience in higher education institutions and expertise in outcome-based education is an advantage. - Commitment to continuous learning, adaptability, and teamwork, with a focus on student development and academic excellence.
