 Location:  Rohini West, New Delhi  Department:  Admissions / Outbound Sales  Employment Type:  Full-Time  CTC:  Up to ₹4.8 LPA + Uncapped Incentives  Experience Required:  4–8 Years Job Summary We’re looking for a dynamic and motivated Senior Admission Counsellor  to join our growing EdTech team. In this role, you will guide aspiring learners, provide personalized academic solutions, and drive successful enrollments. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound student queries and proactively follow up with leads (database provided). Initiate outbound calls to maximize enrollment and achieve sales targets. Conduct virtual counseling sessions  and product demos for prospective students. Match educational programs with individual career goals. Present product knowledge confidently and persuasively. Build long-term relationships with students through active listening and empathy. Maintain accurate lead records and track progress in CRM systems . Share weekly performance and sales reports with management. Ensure student satisfaction to boost referrals and retention. Stay updated on new programs and industry trends through regular training. Candidate Requirements 2–5 years of experience in admissions counseling  or outbound sales  (EdTech/education preferred). Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal). Confident, empathetic, and proactive in approach. Strong interpersonal, persuasion, and negotiation skills. Target-driven with sound problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking platforms.
