Deputy Manager- Mechanical Maintenance

Role Purpose- Responsible for minimizing down time , improvements and completing production requests.Roles & Responsibilities- To track and reduce downtime of plant and Machinery to achieve the targets, Smooth and efficeint completion of preventive/ Maintenance and daily routine activities, To enhance life of costly spares through predictive maintenance, To do spare parts planning for plant and machinery, To Track and reduce consumption of Utilities, To track and reduce consumption of spares, To implement machine improvement requests raised by Production Deptt., Manpower development for maintenance department, Identify training needs and prepare training plan as per recuirement, Manpower engagement through Kaizen, QC, PDCA etc., Adherence and complaince to ISO/TS:16949 requirements, Safe Operations- To identify and administer unsafe activities during shift operation, To close the Safety audit findings.Key Knowledge/Skills- Plant operations, Maintenance Systems,problem solving Techniques(QC Tools) Manpower Handling Communication Skills TroubleshootingRole Requirement- B.Tech./B.E. (Mechanical) 7-10 years of total experience Automotive/Manufacturing industry background
