Role Purpose: As a TGT English Teacher for grades 8-9, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the language skills and literary appreciation of our students. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum and cater to diverse learning styles. Conduct engaging and interactive classroom sessions that promote cooperative learning and critical thinking. Assess and evaluate student performance through various methods, providing constructive feedback. Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to enhance curriculum and share best practices. Facilitate a positive classroom culture that nurtures respect, empathy, and patience. Participate in school events and parent-teacher meetings to discuss student progress. Stay updated with the latest educational trends and integrate them into your teaching methods. Team Collaboration: You will work closely with a team of dedicated educators, sharing resources and strategies to create an enriching educational experience for our students. Requirements:Education: Bachelor's degree in English is required, B.Ed. is mandatory and sufficient. Experience: 5-9 years of teaching experience in a school setting, specifically in English language instruction. Technical Skills: Proficiency in lesson planning, curriculum development, and classroom management. Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, critical thinking, adaptability, patience, and empathy. Communication: Strong verbal and written English communication skills are essential. Additional Requirements: Willingness to relocate, as accommodation or HRA will be provided.
