Procurement Executive

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES The current opening is for Procurement Executive, wherein the member is responsible for all tasks related to sourcing, timely procurement and inventory management.Roles & Responsibilities :- Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable suppliers for battery components. Manage RFQs, purchase orders, and procurement & documentation in coordination with the production / engineering teams. Negotiate prices, delivery terms, and payment conditions to optimize costs. Track inventory levels and coordinate with stores / manufacturing team to maintain optimum stock without overstocking or under stocking. Ensure timely delivery and maintain inventory in company software Monitor supplier performance in terms of quality, lead time, and reliability. Collaborate with the quality and design teams for vendor qualification and part approval (PPAP). Maintain procurement records, cost databases, and support internal audits & stock taking. Use of company wide software for above documentation and inventory management Ensure BOMs etc for sub assemblies / final products are maintained in company softwareREQUIREMENTS 1. Understanding of using computers and inventory softwares 2. Understanding of use of Microsoft Office software 3. Understanding of Lithium Batteries and components would be a bonus
