The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing assembly operations, ensuring quality, and driving productivity. Responsibilities: Supervise and manage a team of assemblers, technicians, and operators Plan and execute assembly operations as per production schedules and client specifications Ensure quality control and implement quality assurance processes Manage workflow, materials, and equipment Coordinate with production planning, quality control, and engineering teams Develop and implement process improvements Requirements: 10+ years of experience as an Assembly Supervisor in cabinet manufacturing (cabinets and sheet metal cabinets) Proven expertise in assembly processes, quality control, and team management Strong knowledge of cabinet manufacturing processes and industry standards Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications: Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Provident Fund Work Location: In person
