Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an experienced Quantity Surveyor, located in Panna. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing all aspects of the contractual and financial side of construction projects. Day-to-day tasks include cost control and management, preparation of Bill of Quantities (BOQ), cost planning, and cost reporting. The individual will also be involved in maintaining project budgets and ensuring that the company's financial guidelines are met. Qualifications Skills in Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Planning Experience with preparing Bill of Quantities (BOQ) Proficiency in Cost Reporting Excellent analytical and numerical skills Strong communication and negotiation skills A minimum of 25 years of experience in quantity surveying is required Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or related field Previous experience in the construction industry is highly beneficial
