ENGAGMENT TYPE: Full-TimeWORK MODE: RemoteTIME ZONE: 9 AM – 6 PM Saudi Arabia Time (2.5 Hours behind India)EXPERIENCE: 5+ YearsJOB DESCRIPTION:Role PurposeThe Temenos T24 Application Administrator (Infinity & Transact) is responsible for day-to-day application operations, administration, monitoring, and support of Temenos Transact (core banking) and Temenos Infinity (digital channels).The role ensures application availability, performance, stability, and controlled deployments while working closely with business, delivery, and infrastructure teams.This role owns the application layer, not infrastructure.Core Responsibilities1. Application Administration (Primary Responsibility)Manage T24 Transact and Infinity application servicesStart / stop / restart application services safelyPerform application-level regular maintenanceManage application system logins & rolesOwn application admin rights (not OS/DB admin)2. Application Operations & MonitoringMonitor application health, response times, and availabilityIdentify and resolve:Application not respondingSlow response issuesService crashesEnable, analyze, and manage:Application logsStack tracesDebug / verbose logs (when required)Perform root cause analysis for application incidents3. Infinity (Digital Channels) ResponsibilitiesOwn Infinity runtime servicesMonitor:API responsivenessChannel availability (mobile / web)Support Infinity configuration and deploymentsCoordinate with IIS / Web admin teams for:Web server availabilitySSL, ports, bindings (infra executes, app team validates)Validate Infinity integrations with Transact and middleware4. Transact (Core Banking) ResponsibilitiesSupport T24 application runtimeMonitor batch jobs, online processing, and background servicesAnalyze Transact logs for:Posting failuresContract issuesInterface errorsSupport COB / EOD execution from an application perspectiveCoordinate with functional teams for product-related failures5. Deployment & Release SupportSupport new builds and releasesValidate deployments in:SIT / UAT / PRODPerform:Application smoke testingPost-deployment verificationWork with delivery team during releases and hotfixes6.
