Agile minds are at our core with a continuous endeavor to invest in talent.Experience: 3-4 yearsKey ResponsibilitiesLead strategic planning for fintech clients, including brand positioning, campaign strategy, and communication frameworksTranslate complex financial products into clear, compelling narratives for target audiencesConduct consumer research, market analysis, and competitive benchmarking within the fintech spaceDevelop integrated campaign strategies across digital, social, and performance channelsAct as a bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring clarity of communication and alignment on objectivesOwn client relationships on key accounts, with a strong focus on responsiveness, trust-building, and long-term partnershipsTake complete ownership of briefing, ensuring briefs are sharp, insight-led, and actionable for internal teamsDrive projects end-to-end by managing timelines, deliverables, and quality of outputCollaborate closely with creative, media, and performance teams to get high-quality work delivered on timeEnsure all outputs are strategically sound and aligned with client expectationsDrive revenue growth across accounts by identifying opportunities to scale campaigns and improve performanceProactively identify and lead upsell and cross-sell opportunities across services (media, creative, tech, performance)Work with internal and client stakeholders to expand scope of work and unlock new business opportunitiesContribute to new business pitches, strategic proposals, and presentationsDrive thought leadership in fintech trends, user behavior, and digital innovationMentor junior team members and strengthen overall planning and servicing capabilitiesQualifications:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.Experience: 3-4 years of experience in account planner, or a related role.Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.Proactivity: Ability to take initiative, work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.Technology: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Attitude: Results-driven, client-focused, and a team player.
