Job Title: Accountant (1–4 Years Experience)Location:Panchkula Employment Type:Full-timeAbout the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant with 1–4 years of experience to join our finance team. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with accounting tools, and a good understanding of statutory compliances.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain day-to-day accounting operations, including reconciliations. Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and monthly closing activities. Manage accounts payable and receivable, vendor reconciliations, and payment processing. Assist in GST, TDS, and Income Tax-related filings and ensure timely compliance. Support in audits by preparing required schedules and documentation. Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and expense tracking. Coordinate with internal teams for financial data collection and queries. Ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to accounting standards.Required Skills and Competencies: Good understanding of accounting principles and basic taxation concepts. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally, and accounting software. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
