The company’s vision is to empower everyone towards an active and healthier lifestyle through innovative fitness solutions, enabled by technology.Role Overview - We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Creative Visual Merchandiser to elevate the in-store brand experience across Cult’s retail formats. This role will be responsible for translating brand strategy into compelling visual storytelling across stores, ensuring consistency, innovation, and high-impact execution.You will work closely with Brand, Retail Operations, Marketing, and Category teams to drive footfall, engagement, and conversion through strong visual presentation.Key ResponsibilitiesVisual Strategy & Execution :Develop and execute VM concepts aligned with brand campaigns, product launches, and seasonal drops.Create impactful window displays, in-store installations, and zonal storytelling.Ensure visual consistency across EBOs and partner stores.Translate design language into retail-ready execution. 2. Retail Merchandising : Plan and implement product placement strategies to optimize sel through.Work closely with category teams to highlight hero products and new launches.Maintain VM standards through regular audits and updates. 3. Store Rollouts & Installations : Support new store launches and refreshes.Oversee production and installation of VM elements.Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders for smooth execution.4. Performance & OptimizationTrack impact of VM initiatives on footfall and sales.Analyze store performance and refine visual strategies accordingly.Ensure timelines and budgets are managed effectively.5.Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner with Brand, Creative, Marketing, and Retail Ops for cohesive execution.Support campaign integration across retail touchpoints.Qualifications & Experience:3-4 years of experience in Visual Merchandising (fashion, lifestyle, sports, or performance retail preferred).Strong understanding of retail space planning and customer journey.Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Suite / SketchUp / Figma is a plus).Experience handling multi-store rollouts is preferred.Strong aesthetic sensibility with commercial awareness.What We’re Looking ForStrong eye for detail and design.Ability to think conceptually and execute practically.Ownership mindset and hands-on approach.Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth retail environment.Passion for fitness, performance, and lifestyle branding is a plus.
