This role is open to freshers and experienced candidates both. No prior experience needed, just the right instincts.If you're experienced: You've spent 1 or more years at an influencer marketing or creator management agency. You've managed creators, handled campaigns, and want to own a South India roster at a national agency without relocating.What You'll DoCreator ManagementIdentify, reach out to, and onboard Kannada and Tamil creators across beauty, parenting, fashion, lifestyle, etcServe as the point of contact for your creator roster: briefs, queries, negotiations, and deliverablesBuild long-term creator relationships, not just campaign-by-campaign contactCampaign ExecutionCoordinate live campaigns: content approvals, timelines, and deliverable trackingEnsure creators are briefed properly and delivering on scheduleReport campaign performance to clients and the internal teamWhat You BringNative or fluent Kannada or Tamil speaker, this is non-negotiableStrong understanding of the South Indian creator ecosystem on Instagram and YouTubeGood communicator in English for internal and client coordinationDetail-oriented and reliable: you follow through without being chasedWhat Makes This DifferentWork remotely from your city, no relocation requiredOwn the South India vertical at Madify from day onePerformance incentive on top of fixed payA lean team where your output is visible and your growth is not stuck behind a queue of seniorsCompensation: Competitive fixed + performance incentive.
