Legal Specialist

Position Overview: Looking for a quick learner with a zeal for learning new things. The candidate should be hard working, dedicated, honest, meticulous and take the ownership of the work which has been assigned to them from time to time.Key Responsibility:• End-to-end drafting, review, and negotiation of contracts, including Lease & License, Manpower, Transport, Warehouse Services, and other commercial agreements.• Provide legal advice on contractual and business matters and support smooth business operations. • Manage litigation as in-house counsel, including coordination with external counsels and handling notices, pleadings, and case tracking.• Maintain legal records, agreement repositories, and update contract and litigation trackers/MIS.• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Business, HR, Operations, Finance, etc.) to enable efficient legal and business processes. Qualifications & Skills • LL.B. from a recognized university.• 2–3 years’ experience in contract drafting, review, and negotiations (in-house or law firm).• Strong drafting, negotiation, stakeholder management, and organizational skills. • Practical, business-oriented legal approach.
