The role involves delivering portfolio, project, and demand management solutions aligned with business goals.Key ResponsibilitiesImplement, configure, and optimize SPM modules including Demand Management, Project & Program Management, Portfolio Management, Resource Management, and Financial PlanningTranslate business requirements into scalable SPM solutions and workflowsCustomize solutions using Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Script IncludesBuild dashboards, reports, and performance analytics for portfolio visibilityIntegrate SPM with other ServiceNow modules (ITSM, HRSD) and external systems using REST/SOAP APIsSupport testing (Unit, Integration, UAT), deployments, and post go-live supportPrepare technical documentation and ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practicesRequired Skills & Experience4+ years of experience on the ServiceNow platform with minimum 2+ years on SPM/ITBMStrong understanding of portfolio, project, demand, and resource management lifecycleProficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scriptingExperience with workflows, UI Policies, data models, and reportingStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
