It is part of the Regional HR team for APAC and closely partners with HR in APAC and on global level as well as business leaders across APAC. Key priorities will be to develop and deploy initiatives to build leadership capability, future-ready skills, strong talent pipelines, and organizational effectiveness.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and govern a regional L&D strategy aligned to business strategy and global HR frameworksAct as strategic advisor to Regional HR leadership on learning & development.Assess skill and capability gaps and develop relevant learning interventions (leadership, functional, behavioral)Contribute to further development of regional talent management and succession planning processesDesign and oversee regional leadership and talent development programs, including coaching and mentoringLead and support organizational development and change initiatives, including global programsDeliver selected trainings and workshopsEnsure alignment between L&D, performance management, and HR business partneringOwn end-to-end L&D processes, systems, analytics, effectiveness measurement, and budget efficiencyCurate & Deliver programs for Indian Peninsula (IP) L&D goals to address local TNI for talent development and skill developmentDevelop L&D capabilities in IP team to build design and execution capabilities for India businessReportingFunctional: Head of HR, APAC (Regional)Administrative: Head of HR, India (Local - IP)Qualifications & ExperienceUniversity degree in Business, Psychology, Education, or related fieldMinimum 8 years of HR experience in international organizationsStrong experience in L&D, leadership development, talent management, and organizational developmentExperience in designing and delivering workshops and trainings preferredRegional HR or L&D experience within APAC preferredSkillsStrong communication, project management, and consulting skillsAbility to engage senior leaders and manage multiple initiatives across geographiesStructured, proactive, and collaborative working styleFluent in English; additional regional language is an advantageWhy Join Us?Inclusive and diverse workplace culture.Professional growth and development opportunities.Flexible work arrangements and supportive policies.Equal Opportunity Employer StatementDraeger is an equal opportunity employer that values diversity at all levels.
