Headquartered in Nagpur, we are rapidly scaling across India and expanding internationally, driven by a commitment to authenticity, quality, and innovation.Position Overview We are seeking a Resident Medical Officer (RMO) to provide medical supervision, patient consultations, and wellness guidance in alignment with Ved Sanjeevani’s Ayurvedic health principles. The ideal candidate will work closely with other Doctors, Health Coaches, and the Research & Quality team to ensure the highest standards of consultation, patient care, protocol adherence, and customer satisfaction.This role is suited for individuals with a background in BAMS or MBBS, who are passionate about combining traditional Ayurvedic wisdom with modern wellness practices in an organized, research-driven environment.Key Responsibilities Clinical Supervision & ConsultationConduct regular consultations with customers and patients, offering treatments and recommendations. Assess customer health parameters, review case histories, and design personalized treatment and wellness plans. Oversee the implementation of lifestyle, diet, and product protocols for specific concerns such as digestion, stress, sleep, skin, and joint health. Provide expert medical advice to Health Coaches and ensure compliance with Ayurvedic standards.Medical & Operational CoordinationSupervise and guide the daily clinical operations and ensure adherence to established SOPs, GMP, and safety protocols. Liaise between the wellness, research, and quality departments for product feedback and clinical observations. Support the development of clinical documentation, patient logs, and health tracking systems.Research & Product ValidationCollaborate with the R&D and Quality Assurance teams in validating Ayurvedic formulations and conducting pilot studies and new product development. Support in protocol drafting, literature reviews, and product safety evaluation. Participate in internal product trials, ensuring compliance with regulatory and ethical standards.Training & MentorshipTrain and mentor Health & Wellness Coaches in Ayurvedic principles, case handling, and communication best practices. Conduct internal sessions to enhance the team’s understanding of Ved Sanjeevani’s products and their health applications.Compliance & ReportingMaintain all medical and case documentation in accordance with AYUSH, FSSAI, and internal quality standards. Ensure patient confidentiality and data accuracy. Prepare reports on wellness outcomes, consultations, and feedback for management and R&D purposes.Qualifications Education: BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine & Surgery) or MBBS degree from a recognized institution.Experience: 1–4 years of clinical experience in Ayurveda, integrative medicine, or health & wellness consultation.
